FAQ: What happens after my order is processed?

Your order receipt is sent immediately upon placing your order. Once your order is processed, you will be sent a second email, which will include viewing codes for each session, along with link and access instructions. Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing (most orders processed the same day). The view codes will expire 30 days, beginning the date of the email. For example, if your order is placed on January 2, but is not processed until January 3, your view codes will be valid 30 days, beginning January 3rd. Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing.  Most orders processed same day!

Course Certificate*

Register and complete all 6 sessions and receive a course certificate! Once you've completed all 6 training sessions, send an email to info@trainwatermark.com, requesting a Course Certificate. We'll send a certificate, in the name of the registered attendee, via email. Please allow up to 24 hours to process your request.

*This certificate contains our company name, logo, etc., and verifies that the training was conducted by an Xactimate Certified Trainer. It is not an Xactimate certification. Xactimate Certication exams are available directly from Xactware.
