FAQ: What happens after my order is processed?

Once your order is processed, you will be sent an email from trainwatermark.com (i.e. ?@trainwatermark.com), which will include viewing codes for each session, along with link and access instructions. The view codes will expire 30 days, beginning the date of the email. For example, if your order is placed on May 2, but is not processed until January 3, your view codes will be valid 30 days, beginning May 3rd. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing.

Course Certificate*

Register and attend all 6 sessions and receive a course certificate! Once you've attended all 6 training sessions, send an email to info@trainwatermark.com, requesting a Course Certificate. We'll send a certificate, in the name of the registered attendee, via email.

These are practical, field-based training sessions, intended to give you the tools you need to begin using Xactimate 25 both quickly and accurately. When you have time, we recommend attending a 3 day Xactimate class to further develop your skills!
